If a hyphen (-) is configured as the Product ID separator, but the product name or attribute already contains hyphens, B2C Commerce automatically switches the separator to a forward slash (/) for that specific item to prevent broken browser routing.
Additionally, when embedding category paths inside product URLs, the platform enforces a hard cap of 5 category depth levels, truncating higher-level folders automatically.
